Why are we here?
In Europe, over 10 million vacation houses are uninhabited for 11 months each year. The owners have to cover all expenses, including the buying price and operational fees. Until now, the owners had to bear the entire purchase price and the running costs alone. However, millions of people dream of owning a vacation house near a beach or in the mountains, yet affordability remains a barrier. We are changing this! With NOMADU’s innovative
co-ownership, 2 to 8 owners with complementary usage needs collectively own their dream vacation home
and share the costs.

Low Costs
Prices in favorite vacation destinations have risen dramatically in recent years. Consequently, ongoing fees and operating costs have also increased. Thanks to NOMADU co-ownership, each co-owner covers only a part of all the expenses including the buying price and maintenance.
Flexible Use
A typical vacation property is used only 6-10 weeks by its owners per year. The property is empty for most of the year. This is not good for the property, its safety, nor for the environment.
Come and Enjoy
The care of vacation properties can sometimes be a struggle, requiring extra effort due to physical distance, language barriers, tax, and legal systems. NOMADU is here to take care of everything, from professional purchase and management to evaluation and maintenance of the property.

Norbert is an economics graduate and an active investor since 2009. He acquired expertise in innovation through investments in several startups. In NOMADU, Norbert is responsible for structure and strategic marketing, enabling the entire team to achieve its goals.
Virginia Masárová
Founder
Virginia is multilingual in German, Spanish, French, English, and Slovak. Her academic background is rooted in business, specializing in commercial and marketing strategies. As the Head of Sales and Operations at NOMADU, she uses her expertise to assist clients in discovering their ideal vacation homes.
